FREE SHIPPING for orders over $35! For orders under $35, standard shipping is a flat rate of $4. Upgraded shipping options are available and price is based on weight and location. Thanks!
Return Policy
Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
Returns
All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
Return Process
To start a return or exchange, you can contact us at annwilliamsyl@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds:
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least 30 days from the receipt of your item to process your return.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at 469-808-9536 if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and arrange a refund or exchange.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) and personal protection (e.g. face masks). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on clearance items or gift cards.
